2. In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google or any other service.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS (https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/avv/).
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. IP addresses are anonymised in the log files; the log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, content of your message) to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Encryption
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
An email to hello@lumainix.de is enough to exercise your rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for our registered office: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
